DiskSuds costs $29.99 USD, paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically. Stripe processes your payment.

What’s free and what needs a license

Downloading, scanning, exploring and reviewing are free. A license unlocks every action that removes or changes something: cleaning, moving files to the Trash, uninstalling apps, removing startup items and malware, and system cleanup.

A year of updates — and you keep what you have

Your purchase includes every update we release during the year after your payment, up to the same date and time one year later (February 29 counts as February 28). Every version released in that year keeps working for as long as you use it, including after the year ends. Later versions aren’t included. We don’t promise new features on a schedule or support for every future version of macOS.

One Mac at a time

Your key activates one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac by deactivating the current one in DiskSuds, or by confirming a release from your purchase email if the old Mac is unavailable. A Mac that is offline may keep working until its current offline allowance ends.

Activation and offline use

Activating needs an internet connection. DiskSuds refreshes its activation in the background, and each refresh lets it work offline for up to 30 days. If the allowance runs out, connect once to continue — you never need to buy again.

Refunds

Not for you? Email support@disksuds.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Please write from your purchase email address. A refund deactivates the license; a Mac that is offline may keep working until its current 30-day offline allowance ends. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the law.

Your files

You review and confirm every cleanup. Items you created go to the Trash, where Finder can put them back. Keep backups of anything important; no software can guarantee against every loss.
